        We manage specialized local services
        depending on the requirements, location and capacity of designated carriers/origin agents.
        Potential for service from any US domestic / overseas or remote location. Agents located worldwide.

      We act as Project Manager and purchasing agent
      for arranging specialized local services, including
      Dispatch Services - US-based/domestic dispatch of licensed/insured professional labor, skilled export packers/movers, commercial warehouse loading operations, port drayage/common carrier and specialized truckers, coordination with MTO maritime terminal operators, pre-export cargo analysis of weight/measure/optimal routing, US export commercial support/pre-purchase equipment inspections, and logistical solutions tailored to the project requirements. All quotes for service provided on a case by case basis in writing. Advance planning of logistics is critical to successful outcomes. We require a project retainer for logistical advance work.

      US Origin - Export Services, support includes:

      Pre-alert to Dispatch/Labor, Truckers, Terminal Operations
      Assignment of crews / Liaison with provider operations
      Issuance of D/O Delivery orders, S/O Service orders
      Handling accounting & Administrative matters
      Payment of selected providers
      Intra-company communications and customer updates

      Service for Retained Accounts
      Arrangement of any local/customer support services require a firm US Export booking with Sefco Export, our sister company, as licensed ocean freight forwarder. After an export booking is made, any further local services can be arranged as agreed. Please include your Sefco Export Quote/Booking reference number on your service request.

      O/S Origin Services
      Advance work and project management
      The minimum for handling and arrangement of any local O/S origin service is USD 500.00 which is good for up to 2 (two) full hours of professional staff time/effort (LOE: 2-hr). If required, upon acceptance, any overtime will be billed to the customers account in increments of 1/2 hour ($125). Fees for service provided are non-refundable. A firm booking with our sister company SEFCO Export is required before any additional local O/S support can be provided. Where agreed, local service fees (handled/arranged through QCS) can be billed back to SEFCO Export for consolidated billing by our forwarding company, to your account.
